TEDxGreensboro is in its 7th year of bringing TED’s movement of “ideas worth sharing” to a city brimming with our own thought-provoking ideas.  Our Signature Event provides an all-day forum in which Greensboro’s extraordinary thinkers and doers can share ideas and spark meaningful change to our community and beyond.

For this year’s theme, Keep it Simple, TEDx Greensboro explores the principle of simplicity in the context of our complex world, clarifying the complicated to find out if and when the simplest solutions are the best ones.

The TEDxGreensboro Planning Committee seeks proposals from individuals interested in presenting at the 2019 TEDxGreensboro signature event on April 4, 2019.  We are interested in “Ideas Worth Spreading” across a broad array of topics; science, technology, social development, education, medicine, leadership and more as they relate to this year’s theme, Keep It Simple. TEDxGreesnboro speakers will explore their ideas related to  the principle of simplicity in the context of our complex world. Join us as we clarify the complicated and find out if and when the simplest solutions are the best ones.

Speaker applications were open from Sept 5 until Oct 1, 2018 (5pm).
