With a unique ability to motivate and organize, James has an innate ability to spontaneously interact with ethnically diverse populations and all age groups. He believes teamwork leads to organizational cohesiveness. He is the father of five children and is an educator in the Guilford Country Schools. He serves as the Director of the Community Garden Project. In his free time James enjoys spending time with his wife, Faith and his family.
